For information about the Medicare rebate please contact me. Eligible individuals can receive 10 group sessions (this yoga group) in addition to their 10 individual sessions each calendar year.
Treatment is available for anxiety disorders (including generalised anxiety and panic disorder), depression and mood disorders, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.

Individual sessions are tailored to fit each individual: their goals, strengths, challenges, and experience are all considered in developing an individualised treatment plan. Treatment utilises evidence based interventions, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy and Mindfulness. I believe strongly in integrating therapeutic lifestyle elements and the mind-body connection.

Additionally, I offer ADHD assessment and support. Please note, this assessment path is not recommended if you would like to explore medication for the treatment of ADHD, as these prescriptions require you to have had an assessment with a psychiatrist (psychologists do not prescribe medication).

Sessions can be offered in-person in Adelaide, SA, or globally via Telehealth (telephone or video).

Please contact me to discuss our suitability to work together, and with any other questions or concerns you might have.

I am a Board-Approved Supervisor with a focus on empowering psychologists to cultivate in-session resonance and evidence-based therapeutic integration.

These sessions may be for you if you are registered with AHPRA as a psychologist and would like to enhance your ability to support your clients in reconnecting with the bodies, healing wounded parts, and in harnessing mindful attention and intention for values-based living.
