About

Dr. Kaitlin Harkess

Welcome!

I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist and a Psychology Board Approved-Supervisor. I am passionate about supporting individuals in cultivating healthful and meaningful lives. Being a firm believer in empowering and embodied approach, I utilise a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches to help clients develop their strengths and overcome challenges.

I'm also a registered senior yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and author. Right now on my non-clinic days you'll find me writing the latest Somatic Psychology book for PESI Publishing. Balancing my beautifully busy personal life with two little ones is a great delight. So believe me when I say I know that with the right tools, stress doesn't have to hold you back from creating a life you love.

If you are looking for an understanding and accepting therapist who integrates embodied wisdom with modern evidence-based psychology, we could be a good fit to work together. Learn more here.
